At Pia’s we help the customer choose the right matting/framing to compliment the picture. Pia’s only carries Acid Free matting. There are different types of glass to choose from Regular, UV to Museum grade glass. We have lots of frames to pick from to give your Treasure the right feel. From Rustic woods, Elegant, Traditional to Contemporary Metals. It’s been said by many customers that Pia has a good eye for color. Our heat press can do wonders, a picture that got wrinkled or rolled up can be permanently mounted onto foam board and then looks wonderful enough to be framed.

The image on the front is on metal- no glass used. Frame is built to fit image which is a 12”x 8” The inside of the box is lined with suede matting same with back frame. The two sides are attached with a hinge and it has a magnetic closure. Mounting hardware is included with a template and detailed instructions.

Pia’s has framed many Jerseys, Memorabilia, a Violin, Uniforms, Native Drum and many other Items into Shadowboxes. We help our customers with layout and colors. We strive not to use any adhesive, we fasten Items down with clear thread, so that the item can always be removed and still look like it did in the beginning. We line the Shadowbox with suede matting. If an item is taller then our Shadowbox we join two frames together. This is were Danny shows off his talent with his background in Carpentry/ Construction.
